We are sad to announce the death of James Bartholomew Naylor Gubb – fondly known as Jim, Dad, Grandad, or Naylor, his pen name.

He died peacefully at 2pm on Thursday 18th August at home looking out over The Cossack's beautiful garden. Sonia, Sean and Fran and a couple of life-long friends were with him as he finished his journey on this earth.

We celebrate his fabulous life as a husband, father, grandfather, teacher, cartoonist and caricaturist.

The funeral took place at 11.00am on Thursday 8th September 2022 at St Peter's Church, Stockbridge. For those unable to join us, we are pleased to offer this film of the service.
